There was no complimentary breakfast in the tarrif. We had to spend for the same on our own self. This appears not correct in the present scenario. While most of the hotels have complimentary breakfast.

Location only is the positive point. Rooms need maintenance with staff who knows hospitality.. If you asking nothing you will get nothing.

Location and ample parking. Near to Panaji and Miramar Beach. Ease of access, Good for sunset view

The position was great, the restaurant had nice service with open kitchen. They did offer twin beds that we needed. It was very cheap. Appreciated the hanging rack. The kettle and tv did work.

Horrible condition of room, very impolite staff, the rooms were smelly, walls were damp, the rooms smelled of damp and fungus, terribly dirty floors,

All the facilities are worst. No breakfast at all. The staff always look for tip not for work. Just to wish.. the place is very very dirty and ac working condition is pathetic.

Sheets looks clean and the service keep clean the roam

Spacious rooms. Clean and tidy bed, Linen etc. Nice outside view
